On July 21, in front of HM Laboratory, exactly 2 o’clock in the afternoon the Meeting De Avance was held preparatory to the Supreme Student Council election.
Miss Aliza O. Balbon, the SSC Adviser conducted this activity. Delegates from CARE and EXCEL parties disclosed each one’s platform. Both of them prioritize working for the good of school and the students.
Mr. Ian A. Evora, candidate for SSC President under CARE Party and his representatives from different departments said that if they win they will support the voice of the student here in the ICST.
Monalyn Mae Recto also candidate for SSC President under EXCEL Party, the opponent of the CARE Party said that they will conduct a tutorial class for slow learners and establish them a Knowledge Avenue.
There was an open forum after the speeches of all candidates.
Students who attended the meeting asked questions for the running candidates of SSC. The respective candidates responded according to the queries asked.
This meeting ended at exactly 5 o’clock in the afternoon.
